The body settles here. Quiet EMF footprint away from the city grid, wide-band mineral geology underfoot, coastal negative-ion air off the Pacific. Fresh-caught fish, citrus, avocado, nopales, coconut water, mineral sea salt, bone broth on recovery days. Ocean immersion, barefoot grounding on wet sand, sunrise breath, shaded siesta, magnesium at night. Dry desert air. Bougainvillea and salt. Mornings arrive slow. You come here to train and you leave more of a body than you arrived in.
